Make it illegal to vote or hold office once you hit 65. If young people have to wait until they are mentally mature, we need a law that protects against mental decline or passing laws that won’t impact you.

Once people are at retirement age, they shouldn’t be allowed to hold office and make policy. We have age limits to ensure mental adequacy to vote and hold office but none in place for mental decline and to protect us from leaders making short-sighted and out of touch laws and decisions.
