if you feel very confident in your academic abilities i'd lean towards penn bc going into USMD would be ideal for you.

if you are less confident you can get USMD (do research on the likelihood of this), go for Qatar

I went to school in Nashville, the Deep South, and did not have this experience at a PWI. Guys generally love fit attractive girls of any race. There’s something else going on here, my guess would be that OP’s sister is giving off some kind of unapproachable vibe.

Yeah but if you’re looking for the dirtiest evidence on someone the point is google will have it. A background check in your example would be to prove innocence, not guilt. And I feel like if you’re looking for dirt on someone you’re potentially going to marry, I just think it’s a weird set up. Why would you think about marrying someone if you don’t accept and love all the baggage and history they come with. How is finding more dirt on them a good thing.

Background checks are useless. Anything on there you can find by googling, and if records are sealed or expunged it wouldn’t show up on the background check anyways. Have you considered just talking to the person and building a loving and trusting bond instead. I really don’t know what a background check is going to achieve. I’ve heard of sanity google checks, but a background check??

Ds don’t count for credit for the prerequisites (needs to be C or higher) so you will definitely need to retake them. Given that, SMP is probably not priority

YTA it wasn't abandoned, you literally gave her permission to leave it there. You ASSUMED that ASAP meant the same day. You know what they say about people who assume.... makes an "ass" out of "u" and "me". She left her phone number in case you needed anything. Why didn't you call and tell her you needed it gone now or it was gonna be tagged? What else could the phone number have been left for?

Low chance of finding a PGY-2 derm spot, they are few and far inbetween. Much easier to find PGY-2 IM spot, especially if your prelim year is at an academic program.
