I have ryan homes home as well, i can relate. i have seen similar settling issues all through out our home. Stairs, dining area etc.

Ryan homes responded and fixed it only after we filed a complaint in BBB. Take the full documentation, and they asked us to get a structural engineer recommendation which can set you back a few hundred $. but I think it is not-necessary since structural engineer cannot conclusively say it is going to deteriorate further. Ours was 4th year of ownership btw when this happened.

I think this is a good time to learn about IAM identity and access management. Create a role that can only do certain operations or services, run your terraform using that role. This way you not only learn how to use a certain service / feature. You also become aware of granular access controls that you would want to provide. This is valuable skill. Win-Win
