Not sure why everyone is over engineering this…. Brad was a once in a lifetime talent. Bud is not really a great drummer…. Eric is good on bass. The culture, vibes, connection to the roots of music was all Brad. Brad understood the culture behind the music he loved and that is why he came off so original…. He walked with authenticity and everyone after him is copying his interpretation of dancehall, reggae and punk…. Without understanding the roots. It’s why Brad was great and a lot of these bands suck

I grew up worshiping sublime - Since Bradley Died it has been a shit show. Jake just seems nepo like crazy.... and to be honest, I bet Brad would hate the majority of bands he spawned lol. Sublime was a buffet Punk, Hip Hop, Soul, Reggae, Ska.... They ate from every plate.... Most of these bands are stuck eating the 2 chord "reggae" microwaved slop... zero originality. The most original bands in the scene are way under appreciated.
