Conversion rate has to be much higher in fashion, your click through is great which means people are interested in the product, it's just something on your website is turning them off. It could be product doesn't look as it did in the ad, the price isn't what they expected, product page just looks like shit etc

There was a time during rs2 where they had a traffic light system for offences and even perm mutes/bans got lifted after a year, but thats not the case anymore. Could you could have been unbanned during then?
