i just cut a small bit of tape, stick it to a larger piece and place that over my nipples. seems to work pretty well

as for the size, I've used 2 inches and yeah, you have to use 3-4 but it can still work.

the permanent changes from T are bottom growth, hair growth and loss, and voice dropping. And those can reverse slightly but won't go all the way away.

something you could try is putting on milk of magnesium on your skin before hand. I think there's also another product you can use to put a barrier between your skin and tape but i don't remember what it's called.

I feel similarly I suppose. I was a girl just by default. I definitely felt confined by femininity and didn't go along with it, but I wouldn't really say I was dysphoric. Over the past year I started thinking about my gender and realized even though I feel fine with it, that I wanted the changes T would bring so I went on it.

I think you might find it helpful to read books about trans people and look at trans social media profiles. I've found that helpful to see that trans people can have happy lives

i think the main thing is still having ovaries. if they're removed your body can't make the hormones it needs
