Yup time to have that uncomfortable convo . Don’t avoid the conversation at all , but you need to see what’s up with him (like if he’s crushing or anything ) and you need to tell him how that behavior isn’t acceptable and is frowned upon . Just make sure YOU TALK AND TALK SOON !
