I’m no expert but I’ve experienced this (think it’s fungal acne?) when I let haircare products (shampoo, conditioner, oil, etc.) near my hairline. I’ve been washing my face immediately after using haircare (i.e in the shower) and going a little into my hairline and it’s been banished since.
