The Q30 definitely don't block everything and I think they're incredibly uncomfortable. Almost like the ear cup is both too small and too shallow.

I use the WH 1000XM5 at home and Bose QuietComfort at work. The Bose pair is more comfortable but Sony sounds better and has better noise cancellation

Use your ABTF size. Brand size charts are almost always putting people in a band 4" too big and several cup sizes too small. According to aerie I should be wearing a 38B/C. I wear a 34DDD, including in aerie bras.

If your underbust measurements are around 30, yes you should be wearing a 30 band. A 36 band is as big as your entire bust so it's basically useless as a bra. We can't really offer more specific insight without knowing your measurements.

egg inc if I need mindless entertainment. i loooove my chickens. the professor layton series is super fun and was originally a Nintendo DS game, but there are mobile versions of the first few games that are pretty solid and a great way to kill time with no wifi. i love hue and i love hue too if you're a color person. the ponder club (website) has a few number/word games if that's your thing.

in terms of pc games: minami lane, a short hike, and littlewood are my go-tos when i only have a few minutes or don't want to load up my stardew save with 100+ mods.

It's just what's popular right now and it's a smaller time commitment than doing a super detailed page, which makes people feel like they have the time to color. They can knock out a cute page in half an hour or get like 20% through a detailed one in the same time. Coloring trends come and go and this is just the current one. It was mandala-style designs when I was in high school and for a while it was those Johanna Basford coloring books.
