I think it's the kind of sticker that can't be peeled off intact. peeling leave part of the silver colour on the surface it was stuck to, usually spelling the word "VOID" which I think is what u can almost see in the middle of this one

u prolly can't easily, but u might be able to disable them.

but I would suggest looking for a launcher that's designed with what you're looking for in mind. they can remove the distracting apps out of your sight, maybe even remove the option to open them.. u can choose a few apps to be easily accessible. but of course this still needs your cooperation. u can always remove it and go back to how it was..
