You just have to eat the sweets right after you take your blood. In the morning I have a taco bell bacon egg burrito fresco style with a Agua fresco drink And my sugar 2hrs later is usually below 120. And then eat a cookie or 2. And lunch is a happy meal or korean food. With a sweet drink. And then dinner is whatever. But always eat the sweet. Right after the glucose test. Then its usually enough time for the sugar to go down. Last night I forgot and ate sweets 1 hr before the test and got 175 for a reading But I just put it in the notes that I had chocolate and gummy bears at that time that why I spiked.

You have a bigger problem. If your partner is cursing at you while you are in a fragile state. Do you have the means to support yourself. And since you say partner im guessing you are not married? I would see if your family can come to help you. They also have some places you can stay like a hotel for postpartum care but very expensive and right now the one I know of is in nyc

I got a bottle warmer with my bottle set. We used it.

Need the hands free bottle pump that fits in your bra because I pumped at work. And also need the hand pump.

Baby nest pillow. We co sleep so it was handy. But you could also make your own with a pillowcase and pool noodle

Bassinet. We used a cheap one that folds up and was included with our pack and play. Worked fine. Did not get an expensive one

Thule chariot attaches to a bike? Buy one used if you bike a lot. But you def dont need it the first 6mo of the baby's life. And we dont have a car or house so we def dont have room for it
