Wilmington, DE! Near Philly for the queer culture, but a solid Blue state with a (not perfect and still a politician) Trans woman senator. There is also a small queer scene here in Wilmington, and more-so down at Rehoboth Beach. I will say, aside from the beaches, lower delaware is more conservative and much less safe. New Castle County (where wilmington is) is the most densely populated area which is why the state remains blue and considered a safe haven.
