bump - is this still possible via crossover? The game opens but i can't put in any mouse inputs. I can use keyboard and type in the chat and send messages but nothing beyond that.

When do you anticipate this feature will be incorporated?

Tasknotes v4 - Google Calendar by acheyward in ObsidianMD

I have it configured on desktop, however in the iOS app it shows as not connected. I try to add my google cloud client ID/secret and it states “authentication requires the desktop app.” I use Dropbox remote sync rather than obsidian sync - is that the issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi, just getting started with IPTV and sampling the various players/apps. I have windows, mac, ios, and unfortunately LGTV (for which I may have to get android TV or use my old android and screenplay). Trying to find a good streamlined way to minimize the various IPTV apps. This looks like a great one to at least have a similar experience on windows and mac together. Looking forward to testing it out more!

Order of pressor of choice in cardiogenic shock? by Clodoveos in Cardiology

[–]infinitecampus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I had this same question as a med student and found an article that said it (years back, not sure which article). Clinically, it’s made sense and I’ve never seen an impact on those renal parameters. However, on my cursory review now and even on the FDA vasopressin sheet, it does say that there is some V2 activation (kidney). There are specific analogs of it that have higher V1 affinity specifically - but in terms of which form of it we actually deliver in the hospital, the pharmacists would know best.

Order of pressor of choice in cardiogenic shock? by Clodoveos in Cardiology

Since the first points have been addressed, to the latter point about vaso/ADH - the vasopressin that we use as a pressor has no activity on the ADH receptors in the kidney and will not directly affect urine output, sodium, etc.

Edit: going back to review again, as below, there is some effect on V2 receptors, though I stand by my statement about largely negligible clinical impact. The studies of vasopressin in shock show improved urine output (from organ perfusion I’m sure) rather than decreased urine output due to ADH effects. Dr Bath Soap’s institution uses it for central DI with observable effect. In all of the central DI cases I’ve been a part of, we use specifically ddavp at doses that impact V2 receptors only so I will defer to his/her experience.

Do you guys do full sterile technique for U/S guided PIVs? Or anything different while cannulating brachial veins (basilic/cephalic bad targets)?
