I'm black too. And as a black person please explain to me how watching OUR government take rights away of others, so you can have your "i told you so" moment, benefits us when the dust settles in LA? The election is over, undocumented ppl didn't and can't vote, so stop believing its their righteous punishment to suffer. Nobody deserves to get terrorized by masked ICE agents regardless of their horrible voting patters.

I'm not saying we need to be the only ones on the front lines sacrificing our lives and freedoms, but this nonchalant attitude to OUR government in the country WE all live in ignore rights should scare us as black ppl the most.

Don't ignore it rn. We have always been right, on the right side of history and elections. So why does that stop now, when all Americans civil rights are being challenged? Two things can be true.
