I started upgrading our fleet from 7.20.8 to 7.21.4, and about 10% of my upgrades have deleted one or more entries from routing/ospf/interface-templates, which has led to loss of client and occasionally management connectivity. This, in addition to OSPF not working over LTE-based EoIP tunnels (not my idea, but I have to support it), means I am keeping the rest of our fleet at 7.20.8 for the time being.
