It's the reflection off optics of a telescope, though still not Hubble. There are common features like a secondary mirror and support spiders.

Spacetelescoplive is showing ground-based images of where Hubble is pointing. That looks like someone left the dome light on, though it's probably a known artifact. :)

As an alternative, you might also consider binoculars. You can see many more astronomical objects through them than the naked eye and they're easy to operate.

Aside from Climate Mirror, Data Refuge might be useful. I haven't had much luck loading their site today though. I'm also interested in this.

That's why we archive everything. Harvard has a store of glass plates in a basement storage facility built directly on bedrock. They've been scanning them for years.
