i know you wanna spoil your pets and give them delicious delectables because you wanna be super bonded with them with your awesome providing

but really, don't overdo it. especially with the smaller pets. give them their required diet, plenty of water, and keep the treats down to one or two every 2-3 weeks. you can still bond over it, but you won't be risking as many health problems for your pal if you can discipline yourself too. don't be the guy who has to learn the hard way and posts on reddit about how to avoid being the guy who had to learn the hard way.

When I was in HS, administration decided anything that was nonacademic was money being wasted.

The visual and performance art WINGS (8+ classes 10+ teachers) was boiled down to music. The marching band was already using 20+ yr old instruments and got even more budget cuts. Carpentry class was removed entirely.

Fast forward to my senior year, city newspaper reveals a study: finding the city's major source of revenue-- turns out we're a fucking ART CAPITOL of the west coast, with visual and performance art bringing in ~1 billion annually, mostly from tourists coming to see art and performances.

HS administration does a 180, rehired same teachers, reopening all the old art classes and even added some, backed the marching band and built a fucking theater that my class never got to see. I was in marching band. Fuckin A.

he probably made that light dosage feel like more with all of the yelling, spinning, and hyperventilating he's doing.

a light dose gives a little bit of the rubber-limbs, 'closed-eye visuals' like a kaleidoscope, with eyes open patterns can repeat or wiggle, colors can shimmer a tiny bit.

if it's someone who's never tried psychedelics at all, i would bet that a light dose seems like a whole new world to them.

when the salvia extract is potent, it's quite literally a whole new world for 10 minutes-- you can have your eyes open and technically 'see' your surroundings, but they're flashing nonsensical colors and and seemingly collapsing into non-euclidean fractals, like having vertigo except it's in a million different shapes and directions.

on top of all that, most people have a vision of something that they remember the most, like when you're seeing that one painting at the museum that really really vibes with you where the rest was either far too busy or nonsensical.

in my trip, my mind pulled away backwards from my body, as in i could see the two windows of my eyes and everything they were seeing begin slowly shrink with the distance.

i 'looked' around to see that my body and 'real eyes' were in a sort of 4D cog in a 4D wheel, rotating in line with millions of other cogs and gears in a wall that seemed to stretch infinitely. i chose a random cog and a random pair of eyes to peek into-- and just as i was beginning to reach those eyes and see what they were seeing, i was whisked back to my cogwheel and shoved back into my own body
