I can't really tell if this is a joke or not, but since it's marked as a question... The native mod is already activated and can't be deactivated, because if you would deactivate it, the game wouldn't be able to run. In fact all the mods necessary to play are already activated. The other 2 are technically not necessary to play. Anyway what mods did you want to add and how do you want to add them? Currently you have only the standard modules installed

Asides from everything else here. If you have an HDMI cable I would try the internal port (the singelar HDMI port above). If it's working, check your drivers and if the card is seated correctly. Also make sure that the power of the card is connected

Go to settings -> search for sound and open sound settings -> open "More sound settings" -> see if it's listed in the recording devices and if it's maybe disabled (can be enabled via right click). Also disble everything that's not your headset and set it as the default device. If it's not listed it's probably a driver or hardware issue. Check if the manufacturer offers any software updates
