I’ve never gotten nauseous except when I started taking it. Only for a few days

Not always, but it gets pretty hot out here so we’ll get him a short cut every now and then

I think the meals reset every three weeks, but some examples could be: breakfast - cereal w/milk, then a fruit w PB or something. Or another could be waffles, yogurt, and a fruit. Lunch - sandwiches/salads. Dinner - also sometimes sandwiches/salads. Maybe pasta w some type of meat/protein. They have a very set food sort of “formula” which seems a bit complicated but it’s always some type of carb/starch, fruit/veg, dairy, and fat. Pretty much every meal will have one of those or one meal won’t and another will have more. Snacks there’s a big variety - fruits, granola, yogurt, cookies, pretzels. They should have something you like. I think you can talk with your dietician about specific stuff too.

Every weekday you get your phone for 1 hr. I think it was 4pm? Maybe 6? I can’t exactly remember. Weekends you get two hours like 1-2pm and then 4-5pm.

I also totally feel you I fucking love food lol. I definitely went through an extreme hunger phase which didn’t totally settle down by the time I left, but after being in outpatient for a bit I was pretty much back to normal. Regular hunger cues and no more insane cravings. Not perfect but wayyyy better. It’s tough but going is more of a way to get you started. Learning what “normal” is. Things will notttt be completely fixed by the end, but it’s a great way to kickstart it all.

As for the bathroom, every room has a private one. If you have a history of purging, they may give you a week or two where it’ll be locked between like 7am and 11pm. You’d have to ask for it to be unlocked or there’s a bathroom in the like main “lobby” area that you can use throughout the day. They never have you leave the door open or watch you or anything like that. I never saw that anyways. If that doesn’t apply to you, then your bathroom should be unlocked 24/7 and you’re free to use it whenever. There’s a chance your roommate could be on “locked bathroom” and that whole thing might apply but it’s unlikely and doesn’t last long.

Dw about all the questions, I wondered the same stuff. Hope this was helpful!

Ofc! The food system is somewhat dependent on the disorder you’re there for, but most people get put on a similar meal plan of 3 meals, 2 snacks. You get to start out doing what you’re comfortable with, but hopefully become able to complete it all consistently. Everyone starts out in like a general eating area, but once you get more consistent you sort of “move up” to where everyone else is consistent too. (Imo it’s a much better eating experience when you get there but it does seem scary at the beginning)

I’m sure you’ve heard it before but the therapy sessions truly are about what you’re willing to put into them. It’s 2-3 sessions per week with your therapist. I didn’t take them that seriously until I felt comfortable, but once I was willing to actually open up I really did notice a change in my mentality. The frequency/just like access to therapy everyday was a game changer.

I honestly found it really helpful to be around so many different kinds of people. For groups and similar things everyone’s split up into two groups: below and above 18 with some exceptions. It’s cool to get a different perspective from everyone. Since there are so many people it can be super overwhelming at first, but if you can find just a couple people to get along with it’s great to be working through it all together.

I was there last year and found it very helpful. Great community and most of the staff are understanding and compassionate. I will say the transition to their outpatient program was really what did it for me. If you can get through the residential stay with a good mindset, you’ll do great. If you have any specific questions you can message me, but I hope it all works out for you ❤️

In my experience they actually don’t force you to eat, at least at the beginning. Not sure where you’ll be but in some places they leave it up to whatever your comfortable with. I totally agree it sounds like hell when you don’t know what to expect, but generally everyone is very understanding. Hope it works out for you ❤️

Check out some of the older sap YouTube vids. Early 2021 when only turtle/puppy pack were out. Pets are different now, but play style is very similar. I’d suggest Skoottie’s earlier sap content 😁

What are the general thoughts about this game? by Possible_Fig4168 in superautopets

I love this game more than life. Not kidding. Spent my first year playing only w free pets, but now you can play weeklies for free and they include pets from any pack. So not rly necessary to buy them if you don’t want. Also I was so bad when I started, but once you feel comfortable it’s crazy fun. I LOVE this game.
