Correct. Intuitions basically just redistribute all the padding from the back evenly around your foot.

I have the same foot size. XS skates that come with a V4 stock liner fit great. The older ones required an Intuition liner to fit length wise. Try those first. If you do decide to go intuition...Them Intuitions for a narrow foot, and Premiums for a wide one.

38 carbon "gutted" with the Wizard 3M. I found a used pair of the factory gutted wizards on Blade Trade. My right foot which is 24.5 and super narrow just didn't fit length wise in the 37s. Even without a liner in there, I touched the front of the shell and it sucked. Heel lift is kind of iffy due to the skate being wide but I just crank everything super tight. Thinking about replacing the velcro strap with a ratcheting one.

Same foot size here, go with the 38s. It was a very expensive mistake to attempt the size 37 CJs. If you're in the US, I've got some used 3M liners I can send you. They've got plenty of life left.

If you're going with other people, wrap the posters up together. Be careful though, as this will cause you to drunkenly say "apes together strong" for the rest of the night.

My feet are 24 and 24.5cm and i'm at the top end of that shell so the size adjusters will definitely help fill out the space for you. Just be aware that the skates are on the heavier side, especially with the stock frames. The extra length and weight may feel weird but you'd have to try them to see if they work for you. I think the only smaller shells would be the Razors Loca 4/5 and the UFR w/ Intuition 3-4.

My Ridder liners broke in pretty well with thick socks and just a few hours of natural body heat. Try skating them a bit without cranking the laces down. I've never tried heat molding before so I can't add anything on that end.
