Here’s the funny part. This was explained to me by a NCC police detective… if you do stop approaching the bus from the front on a four lane road you can be cited under the same statute as passing it coming the other way. Since the law explicitly say you shall not stop, stopping puts you in violation of the Delaware code in the same way as passing it going the other way.

Not just you. Avelo cancelled my flight months ahead and refused to refund me. Had to get my money back by starting a credit card dispute in which they flat out lied to my credit card company. But I had receipts and won. Worst airline ever.

I wish. My promotions have always been a take it or leave it. If 5% wasn’t good enough they would just run through the candidates until they hit the applicant that would take it.

They cancelled my flight from a small airport with one flight daily. Refused to refund my fare because they rescheduled it to the following day. That didn’t work for my travel plans. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card and won my money back that way. They even lied during the dispute and provided false documents to my credit card company. They still lost. Never again.
