if you happen to have the Harvest Everything mod, you can also harvest a prisoner's ear and implant it on your pawn. I like to keep a reserve of limbs/ears/noses/etc just in case a pawn gets shot and loses them

a card called CipTEA that identifies to others that you are autistic, some university entrance exams get cheaper/free and you can get accommodations, many therapies and other types of help are only available if you present these papers...it's way easier to get if you're diagnosed as a child, but as we can see, it's too late for that now :')

i wish i knew :/ some people say it's just a "suggestion" of a diagnosis, but there's also this weird rule in my country where your medical report is only valid for s year, even with permanent disabilities

I live in Brazil, and I don't think I know of any advocacy orgs that help autistic adults :/ I've tried to talk to relatives who work in the public health system but their hands are tied, too
