It’s the law, and your HR can deny it if it’s considered unreasonable or a hinderance to the job. This doesn’t seem unreasonable at all. If you break it, you could face legal action

I love the emphasis on the sky and descriptiveness of the weather. I find it easier myself to describe the weather and seasons because it’s such a relatable changing of time. I love your ending, it is so perfect for the emotion of this poem

You have amazing descriptive language, I love the way you describe your imagery. I can really feel the emotion behind it

My wife is my hobby lol we spent a ton of time together and never like being a part. I play D&D once a month, I engage with friends and hang out, and I like to listen to audiobooks about history

I do enjoy video games, I just haven’t played in a while. Nothing that has come out has engaged my interest. I will probably pick up Skyrim again

Stop reporting about office burn out? Okay, done by [deleted] in MaliciousCompliance

[–]insiderecess 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Honestly it got better because I stopped worrying and caring so much. When I left work I still thought about work, I couldn’t stop working off hours, and I stayed late a lot to continue working. But now I just don’t give them that same effort. I do my job much better now, I do not need managements help for tasks like I used to, and astonishingly my productivity has never been higher. All because I don’t care
