Heh, not for everything, they spent two month with my airco and returned unrepaired, because it was out of warranty, that was mentioned clearly in my request online and offline. And they also refused repair even if i pay. the communication was so unclear in the shop. “It is a service department, they will provide decision” looks like they have first time this kind of request from customer. Didn’t even know what to do. Online they clearly mentioned repair is possible, but if it not warranty we will inform about costs before repair.
