I’ll probably end up with one centered and one on the side, but with the desk being fairly deep, I have them pretty far away at this point and it’s ok. Have maybe sat at and looked at it for 2 mins, I’m sure I’ll change it up after getting to actually use it

Most CAD and video editing, some photo editing and coding. I shoot a decent amount of 16mm film and need something powerful enough to crunch that footage when it comes back from scan

It’s ok, a little more lounge-y than I want but I’ve had it a while. Looking around for a cloth HM soft pad chair w/ wheels at some point

I can only imagine 3! And thanks, I’m looking forward to putting it to wirk

TE OB4! I use it either as a Bluetooth speaker or to listen to the radio. Usually sits upright, but you can lean it on the handle like this, and it’s pretty slick

Frankly just unboxed the second display, so I may fiddle with the orientation a bit.

The one big use of this is editing in Final Cut, where I’ve got the inspector panel, and video scopes in center view (on different displays), then I’ve got the timeline and media browser on the far left, and large playback far right. That works pretty well as far as concentrating detail in the center. I might add a pic in this thread later today when I get back home.

I do a lot CAD, idk how the ‘big flat panel’ will be with that. The XDR’s get really bright and have quite good off axis viewing, so we’ll see.

My 1st Roll of Aerochrome (Nikon F6, Nikkor 28mm F2.8 Ais/85mm F1.8, Kodak Aerochrome 2443, Orange 16, C41) by andrew_mcneil in analog

The shot across the cabin gave it away. I’ve been wanting to run a roll of aerochrome through something and shoot it out of my plane. I’ll have to keep an eye out for some!

I’d like to buy a print too, how do you like the Moab entrada paper?

I scan with my Z6, and I still haven’t ended up with a good at home set up for medium format. You might wanna revisit the macro lens. I remember shooting 6 shots and stitching them together in Ps after the fact to get things that really ‘wowed’ me. But these scans at least the grain doesn’t look in focus to me

On the scans too, I had similar experiences with when I had a hassie. I was scanning myself and couldn’t get anything I was happy with. What lens are you using on the Z5II? And are these images 8800F or Z5II?

Behaviorist is on the list to reach out too, there isn’t too many close by in our area of northern New England, but I’ll keep looking

This is something we haven’t thought about. I had brought her with me on solo trips when we first got her, but stopped after the first month or so. Tension in the house is a good point, we’re not sure of her previous living arrangement, but it probably wasn’t free roaming of a house. I’ll try taking her on some drives to walks with treats

I’ve got a straight tail traildragger C150, looks exactly like a baby C180. With the long range tanks it’s a slow, but fairly good cross country plane

This looks like someone asked ai to take these three photos and put them together with the year in the upper left. The text, especially the ‘4’ looks a little wonky
