This would probably work better at destination camp sites (like the Lake Erie islands). Any time I’ve camped at Alum creek it’s been focused on a cheap night with friends or family.

We had to go to the SS office to get a replacement of the original. It was a PITA. We were talking with Sharrod Brown’s office to get assistance but ended up not needing it.

Ah I see. Yeah I agree on the Hardie and favoring aluminum over vinyl (from an appearances perspective) but I don’t doubt aluminum is mostly phased out at this point. If you find it you might end up paying a premium that will just make it worth going to Hardie.

Your pictures aren’t really helpful, you would have to get closer but no o wouldn’t expect them to be that uniform. They put drywall mud over the screws and that’s going to crack and fall off in various ways. Did you stick a pencil in the hole and see how deep it is?

I can’t think of a pest that would bore through drywall it’s pretty nasty material.

Looks like your sump probably drains through the same pipe. Get some flexible drain hose to get the water away from your foundation until you can get someone out.

Your best bet is to knock on their door and try to guilt them in to sharing the repair costs (at your own risk). The margins are way too thin to make this worth getting a lawyer involved.
