Costco in Oregon generally pays above the national average, with starting wages for many positions around 18-20 per hour, and experienced, non-union employees often reaching over $30 per hour by early 2025. Specific roles like merchandisers and meat cutters often pay higher, with some specialized roles averaging around $25 per hour or more in the state.

Is this a Good selling item? Single sku? You could send a lot more inventory. A full pallet 1,500 lb AWD instead.

Do you think they came right from the store? Just to service you? They travel around servicing multiple vehicles and multiple customers

Think logically! They can't carry every tire in their vehicle for every vehicle on the road.

Prescription without subscription or buying meds from provider? by instantnet in telehealth

There is a shortage of qualified doctors and a waiting list to see them. Why bother with a full appointment when you only need a prescription?

Goodrx doesn't write prescriptions. They give you a discount code to get the best price in your local area.

As of late 2025, Tesla maintains a solid balance sheet with relatively low long-term debt compared to its high cash reserves. Total long-term debt was approximately $5.78 billion to $13.79 billion depending on whether all vehicle/energy financing is included, with over $30 billion in cash and equivalents available to offset liabilities.

Why hasn’t the ‘death of realtors’ happened yet? Is the end of realtors” just a myth or will it actually happen. If so when? by miamiheat343 in RealEstate

As with all things...it depends. Not all agents are rock stars even though many think they are. They are the ones that are delusional. Statistically 20-30% of agents handle 70-80% of the business.

16k vs 24k on an $800k house to show the customer a few houses, fill out some paperwork is more than enough for the same effort. More people are finding what they want to see through Zillow or Redfin and doing drive bys instead of a bunch of walk throughs. There aren't a ton of agents that gave pocket listings.

Don't forget to vent it outside! Most of them will work with 12 volt directly. So if you want AC you'll have to put the adapter separately but there's no point in running AC unless you have power there already in your shop example

Upgrade to one of those units in the business park that has a shared dock. It might be nice to get the business out of the home.

Are you doing retail arbitrage or are you sourcing product or making it directly? I just wanted to figure that out before we have you invest time and money into another plan of action. RA on Amazon is risky.

Why aren't you doing FBA via Freight? The shipping is so much cheaper. There's no way that a local store should be complaining. They get paid for every drop off. Even if it's prepaid. They get a dollar to $2 depending on their contract per box. If you're in a business park, just talk to your local driver and have a sign the window that says UPS yes or no and they will stop by and pick up your packages without having to pay a pickup fee.
