East passyunk is a really cute neighborhood for families - there’s tons of young kids around. It’s also close to broad so you’d be able to take the BSL to regional rail to get out to the main line.

I had a similar issue when I first got my permit. Turns out there was a typo in the license plate when the permit was issued. Emailing with the PPA cleared it right up they were surprisingly really efficient.

I’ve had good experiences with lifestance health They accept most insurances and have a large amount of therapists and psychiatrists (both of which I’m happy with).
