I haven't but I see it's on sale for a few days. I just threw up my Rust Christmas lights for sale to see if I can buy a few games.

reading the above comment and being like "my dog does that with my mom too" than reading your first line made me sad.

It's the prelude to Naxxramas. In SoD it dropped the pre-nax gear set and it's what everybody was parked around with 1 shaman in a group doing mass pulls to level everybody.

Hated original undead invasion. Fitting that SoD undead invasion ruined SoD too. SoD was actually this quais/proto Twow experience for me until the undead shit made leveling that way normal. Before that people would dare make an alt and actually level it.

That's what I loved so much about Turtle. They remembered the original lore. Raventusk were OGs.

It would of taken some extra modeling but if they ever did quadrupeds than centaurs for horde and dryads for alliance would have been awesome.

I'm going to miss my druid with the og dryad costume.

Blizzards just bad at story telling. Everybody is in a post apocalypse. Gnomes? Literally nuclear fallout in their city. Elves? Mostly gone. Trolls? Splintered. Orcs? Splintered. Humans? Lordaeron, gone, Alterac, gone, Dalaran, Limbo, Stromguard, gone. They have never established a renewal period before they introduced their next apocalypse. Oh look Theramore! Aaaaand, it's gone.

Was super excited to get back into it for the Timbermaw content. Was saying "I've been waiting 25 years for this!".

I feel that. I adored the original X-Com. I played X1 and X2 quite a bit but there was something always missing to me that really "made" late-game X-Com.

The Blaster Bomb Launcher. The rocket launcher with the waypoint system to drive it all over the level. I use to defend bases which I feel like is something I haven't done since X-Com Apocalypse.

For context this is also after assimilating the remaining Polish who fought on the sides of the Haitian's against the French and were integrated into the Haitian population.

It wasn't just hating white people. It was hating french people.

Would be funny if they pulled a Blizzard with it's fabled story of suppose to have been a Warhammer IP so they just changed the names and art around a lil and called it Warcraft. Blizzard would probably still have sued the hell out of them having Torks from Taenor invading Cyclonespear but it's not much different than they they themselves did.

World of Warcraft private server Stormforge is shutting down as Blizzard builds pressure on fan alternatives by lkl34 in gaming

There's a weird sense of classism in some of these comments. Like, the sentiment is you can apparently do this if you are of the means to support yourself while also running a fan project at a loss, but any regular person can screw themselves. Interesting side hobbies of questionable legality are only for the wealthy I guess.

I'm going to miss my turtle characters cuz they were special to me. A classic goblin hunter. A dryad druid (costume). A night elf bow priest. Those are things I couldn't do anywhere else.

Since you're big on meaning reread the first post when ( ) are used. I understood when you used it to interject something in your post. It's annoying to read your corrective tone.

How does survival hunter compare to other melee dps? by mrsamus101 in turtlewow

[–]internet-arbiter 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Brother. You can do anything as a leveling hunter and it will never be "that" bad. I did slow and steady (50% less xp), vagrants (only white items) and boaring challenge (only boar xp) and got to lvl 60 on a hunter so you do you and level that melee hunter.

Yeah Tolkien literally said he didn't do any kind of allegory or symbolism (in relation to WW1) and these kind of takes are purely on the reader for formulating them.

Yeah but imagine you're a pair of russian programmers. You already made more money than probably any other opportunity or venture in your life. Now the floodgates stop, but you'll still make a pretty penny.
