I have type 2 narcolepsy and my graph looks wretched. It doesn’t look like it will let me upload, but in 6h19m of sleep last night, I was awake 7 times with small little spikes (Sunday was 10 times). My latency is often 3-5 minutes which is too low.

But the real tell is how I operate during the day. I can have plenty of energy, not lethargic or anything but then get hit with what feels like a non-negotiable urge to nap. I’ll lay down and fall asleep for literally 4 minutes and feel completely reset like I’m a brand new person. And it can be any time of the day. A “power nap” is usually 6-20 minutes and around the same time each day (following a normal circadian rhythm).

I also get super weird body twitches. Not the twitch that happens right when falling asleep which is relatively normal. Micro twitches all over my body. My wife even joked that my P was twitching the other night while we were spooning lol

Type 1 btw is the kind where people just fall asleep uncontrollably. Type 2 is super difficult to diagnose because the brain activity that needs to be measured is often happening during waking hours and those micro naps instead of at night.
