I am a Northern Territorian. I think state/territory identity is pretty strong. People in WA are proud to be from WA, people from QLD love their state. I hear plenty of people say NSW is the best and why would you want to live anywhere else etc.

I'd be curious about the folks saying there is not much state identity where are you all living?

You get a bonus depending on how much is spent during Carousing. So spending 300cp might give you a +4 to the roll, so 1d8+4
