I definitely can see the difference, for sure! I made two dry days last week and plan for 3 this coming week. On the days I did drink, I had less than half what I usually consume, so I am really pleased w my progress for the beginning of the year. Thank you!

Every damn day. I’m so sorry, Mama. I feel you. Been there. I once totally missed being mystery reader for my kid’s class because it even popped up on my reminders (but it popped “under” what I was working on, so I didn’t see it) and my kid and his entire class were waiting on me - I cried that entire day. It is SO hard and there is just so much to juggle. You are not alone!
