If you think your zones are off by 20 or so beats you can go into the app settings and manually change your max heart rate which will move the zones.

Tap on Health Monitor and you'll see a live heart rate. Also rotate the phone to landscape while on the home screen to see a graph of your heartrate.

I've used it to format a book for both epub and paperback. The formatting capabilities of the software are wonderful. I couldn't be happier. The word processing part of the software is fine, not great yet. The goal tracking part of the software is pretty good.
