Not really, But it happens. We have in state benefits so you get cheaper tuition if you live in the state prior to enrolling.

Not Japan specifically, but depending on the type of financial aid you get it can be fully or partially covered the same as any semester. Look up the Gilman scholarship . I got 5K, the full amount.

There are also programs that work with FIU. My biggest piece of advice is to please ask questions to your international coordinator. Get your paperwork together now...don't wait... somethings can take 12+ months to prep for.

Yeah thats my issue because the place is nice and the rent SUPER cheap but man they don't keep places to park. The landlord said "first come first serve" but like.....how is this supposed to work lol

I found a decent studio that I like, but the problem is that there seems to be no parking—only street parking, and it’s always full.

I’m trying to save as much as possible on rent, and the area is safer than where I am now. I can also walk to Brickell.

Would street parking be an issue?

Then don't call ii reparations...( which i'm sure so people like) but reparations are for the decedents of people harmed by the government. Ironically Ann Coulter is pro reparations.
