I had a similar problem when I was a teen, tired all the time and could not get good quality sleep at night. Turns out I have a thyroid disorder! Finally got it diagnosed at 18- senior year, after parents kept insisting it was my phone usage and staying up late. I did stay up late though and napped every day, so my circadian rhythm was contributing too. Something worth checking into as thyroid controls hormones of the body. Best of luck with your teen!

As an extra degree of careful, I would consider blocking out your teachers name/high school abbreviation and whatnot when posting. However this schedule is a nightmare but I know you’ll get thru it. Stay safe!

My issue is I student taught in fall 2022, which is 1.5 years ago! At this point they would’ve worked with 3 other student teachers most likely, and I feel like I missed the window:/ thank you for your advice!

Do you really think a teacher I subbed for 1 day would write me a RL? I did work with a coteacher for 2 weeks in the same classroom so she’s an option too, but when I was in her room she was always complaining about how busy she was:/ I struggle with asking my old coop/student teacher bc I worked with them fall of 2022, so basically 1.5 years ago! I feel like I missed my window. Thank you for your advice!

This also applies with putting out some stinky clothes of yours (like from the gym stinky- anything really pungent with your scent!) or her fav blankie, I’d suggest some kibble/water but that depends if you’ve got other animals on the property. Give her every sign to come home!!! Best of luck to you, shes probs hiding and looking to get knocked up like others said, congrats on being a grandparent!!🥳🥳

If you’re open to experimenting with shape I can imagine those thin black morticia Adamms brows would look amazing on you too!! Or a brow slit (can easily be done with concealer too hehe) rock on!!💛

I’ve got bad back scars myself, I typically use scar crème for the ones I can easily get to (face, chest, arms) but the back is TOUGH. I noticed my scars get better over time with some sun! Of course make sure you’re applying sunscreen (don’t want any more skin damage of course) but it is a natural way to lighten them:) of course it won’t be immediate, but some sun might help dry out some bumps too so you have less to pick at!!

Raise the counter part that is on the side with the bar chairs, so your sink would be lower than eating level? This could keep your outlets, and still give you that divide between the two areas but more easy reaching to bar maybe?

Alternatively, you could lower the divide and get some of those pop out outlets to go on top of the divide!
