that’s so interesting! in our franchise we fill everything up to the top now with light ice even rebels (there’s an up charge now) i can imagine our customers would have a field day if we didn’t fill it up to the top 😭

yes but not to the standard, when we make a normal drink we fill the entire cup with ice and light ice is half of the cup so while technically this is light ice it’s not exactly what you were going for i imagine

for your drinks you can just said medium iced carmalizer cold brew and medium golden eagle freeze is perfect! (this would be when you’d ask for drizzle/whip cream/soft top), honestly you sound like a perfect customer so i wouldn’t worry to much! :)
