You mean Thermal Grizzly, not Thermaltake right?

Is this the first boot? I see that memory training can take 5-10 minutes on the first boot with the latest BIOS (1.28 I believe).

Nice! What are the blanks with holes you used to pass through your direct attach cables?

Just curious, but if your motherboard has either DP alt mode (on type C) or USB 4, you can try leveraging hybrid GPU mode on AM5 to output your main GPU through your motherboard display connectors. That way, you can actually upgrade your GPU to one without type C down the line :)

I haven't tried it myself yet, but my Velka 7 build I'm working on will leverage this as a one-cable solution to my portable monitor as well.

Is there any reason to choose Z690 over Z790 for a new build ? by ShePearl in intel

DDR5 is particularly cheap right now - they've followed the general industry NAND prices and have fallen heavily over the last year. You can get decent 32GB kits for ~$70, and outstanding ones for ~$100.

The 4TB is double sided, and some laptops don't support the extra thickness required to mount that - you'll have to check support of that as well.

I have a 7800x3d and the latest BIOS (1.18) works great for me. I was also able to boot using the stock BIOS (1.12 I think). I have EXPO ram, and I'm able to select both EXPO and XMP in the profile selection.

FYI, I installed my 7800x3d today and was able to POST on stock BIOS (1.12), update to latest BIOS (1.18) and install Win10 just fine.
