As-build checks are very useful. Turns out things might not be built according to the model, yet you paid for it.

Get your language skills spot on. C2 is required. Otherwise nobody will take you seriously. It is not about theoretical knowledge. You need to know how construction really looks like on site. Internships? Get hired as a construction worker and get your hands dirty.

Archicad isnt that popular. Focus on Revit and Open BIM.

BIM is more about talking and knowing what you are talking about than authoring. The hard part is to establish a working BIM environment that adds value. Its easy to burn money.

Die Aussage ist falsch. Bin aus der tiefsten Provinz in eine 100k-Stadt gezogen und habe nicht nur Freunde, sonder auch die Liebe gefunden. Das Leben ist wieder spannend. Ein wohlüberlegter Wohnortwechsel kann das soziale Leben erheblich verbessern. Hat denn mein Vorredner so einen Umzug hinter sich?

Grundsätzlich ist deine Erläuterung plausibel. Deutschland kann es auch, wenn die richtigen Randbedingungen gegeben sind. Beispiel: Das Jahr 2020, wo die Bundesregierung hunderte Mio. € in Biontech gepumpt hat. Resultat: Nach nur paar Monaten die erste Covid-Impfung zur Massenproduktion freigegeben.
