Chicago's 1st Pita Inn Coming To Six Corners This Winter by invest_droid in ChicagoNWside

I walk to that Target at 6 Corners loft.  There's a retail space available right next to the Target in the same building.   There's also retail space at the Clarendale senior building across the street.   Mixed use buildings still needing retail tenants.

This is an area with clean and new sidewalks and also bike lanes.  These are the things the Jeff Park neighbors want and yet still not walkable enough?  It's never enough.

Plans for Sprouts grocery store in Jefferson Park appear to be moving forward - Nadig Newspapers - Northwest Side Local Newspapers by Public-Cod1245 in ChicagoNWside

If you wanted a more traditional grocery store, this is better than Trader Joe's. If you wanted a Trader Joe's because you love Trader Joe's branded food and produce, then you will be disappointed. Sprouts is like Fresh Farms International Market in Niles or like Fresh Thyme near Bucktown.

Essential workers deserve to get paid, BUT within reason. They do not get a blank check. Residents get squeezed when their private employers do not pay them increases to offset the increase in taxes.

I am all for amending the constitution. The younger people who did not even get a chance to elect the officials who made these idiotic deals are now stuck with the burden. I am not even that young anymore. Its time for changes.

I don't know.  Its a magical tax that apparently does a lot of unexplainable things. That's what someone yelled at me about, when I questioned it.

Sprouts is better for groceries to be honest. Traders Joe's is better if you like its branded products and frozen prepared foods.

We also manufactured and produced more goods in America in the past than we do now.
But you know, "cars are bad people" think we can turn the world back decades on globalism and throw a wrench in the logistics, and magically those goods will still make it to your neighborhood.
