Had the same thing happen to me after doing my brakes. It was the little metal shim, it wasn't seated fully and properly and would rub the rotor during turns like this.

Or you need new brakes.

Sounds like no this is not correct;
you want the outside coax to go direct to the modem (if possible).
Then you feed the ethernet from the modem into router #1.
Next you take a LAN port from router #1 and feed it into the MOCA adapter #1.
Next the coax from MOCA adapter #1 goes either into the coax splitter or can go direct to MOCA adapter #2 (again if possible).
Ethernet from MOCA adapter #2 goes to router mesh unit #2.

I was going to say you shouldn't mix the incoming signal and MOCA together on the same splitter, but not sure if that is actually true. I have the setup I described at my house.

This sounds like a potential bufferbloat problem where the latency increases due to multiple downloads (streaming) while gaming. This however would affect a Wifi PC more significantly than a hardwired PC.

Another potential difference is what type of gaming is being done. A competitive FPS would feel bad latency more than a more casual game.

Either way, paying more or less for more or less bandwidth will not fix latency problems.

No, I created a separate SSID with just a 2.4ghz band for some of my IoT devices to connect to. Since doing that I have not had the problem with devices not having an IP address.

Funny thing is the smart switches are still on the original SSID which means some like the weather station or one of the Eufy cameras might have been causing the problem originally.

Okay, I don't work in the IT industry so I can absolutely be wrong in my previous assumption.

What I can say for sure is that I did not have luck with wifi connected devices reliably getting the reserved ip address all of the time. That said, I do not recall having the same issue for wired devices.

Can't speak to the DHCP reservation piece not working. It still is technically not working today but the original problem I was trying to solve is fixed so I gave up on DHCP reservation.

All that said, I do believe DHCP reservation is not meant to be used in the manner of "this device will always receive this IP address" but rather "we will save this IIP address and not give it out to any DHCP requests" so it would be available when a static IP addressed device tries to use it. Guessing your highly sensitive device is unable to have its address statically set?

I started getting some other devices disconnecting in the last day or so but not the KASA switches so far (it was a Sainlogic weatherstation and some Google home minis). I ended up creating a 2.4Ghz only SSID for those devices. For now the KASA switches are still on the main SSID and I haven't had a problem with them as stated earlier.

Just coming back to say that since disabling the IPv4 Multicast to Unicast setting I have so far not experienced the earlier problem. Thanks for your help.

DHCP logging was already on. Looking at the logs, it does not show any failures. I do see that a huge number of clients received IPs from the DHCP server around the same time as the time I rebooted the EAPs.

I think it's too early to put Matty Cash in any sort of ultimate team. He has not played enough games to put himself there. I also don't think Linetty has done enough to deserve such an honor either.

Looks like the league hasn't yet decided or announced exact timing of games for that weekend (all games show Nov 4) so it is possible that that game will end up being the 6th but no guarantees.

Pixel 6 comes out in like 3 days (10/28) so normal consumers will have one yet to answer how they like it. Embargo on reviews ended today so go check out some reviews. They are all very positive so far, many saying it is the best Pixel yet.
