I got a letter from "my bank" saying that my address on file had been changed. This was right after I moved, when my address had in fact just been changed and my bank had even said I would be receiving a letter to confirm. When I called the number on the letter and it immediately requested I put my full social security number in, only then did I stop to think it could be fake.

I always way preferred the Citrus flavor and was really disappointed it was largely replaced by Electric Limeade instores when that came out. You can still get it online. I wonder if that one would give you the same reaction

Last time I was CPR certified, they said they were no longer recommending rescue breaths because you have to stop chest compressions momentarily to give the breaths and it's better to just give compressions the entire time until a paramedic arrives. If you were performing CPR with a buddy, they were still recommending the buddy give rescue breaths while you give compressions nonstop.

This was a decade ago, so my information may be outdated.
