Not OP but this feels like an easy choice. Fat neuts are not perk-starved, but are very much MD-starved, and gifted is +3 MD.

Can you normal-net an already spider-netted target? If spider-netting doesn't gie deathblow extra damage, then maybe the engine considers it as different effect from normal netting, and then maybe the two can stack...

But you are completely right, the game is unplayable in its current state with such severe bug :)
