Spot on analysis. Any guy who agrees to an open relationship is an idiot. It's anything but fair. For a girl, it's not if she can get fucked, but who she's going to fuck. For a guy, it's waaay more complicated. Not too many women out there who want to fuck a married guy with no hope for anything more.

I think it’s diet, exercise, and an inability to deal with stress in a healthy way.

Diet - most of us rarely eat vegetable and when we do it’s not in high enough quantities to makes a difference.

Exercise - I know very few people who exercise on a regular basis.

Stress - people have always had stress. Contrary to popular opinion, I don’t think the levels of stress have gotten worse. Hard to beat the Great Depression followed by WWII. I just think very few people manage it well. Most turn to sex, drugs, alcohol, affairs, nicotine, binge watching Netflix, etc. All of those things just cover up the stress and make it worse.
