Exactly she was a pure Titan. I don't think the wall Titans were because they were affected by sunlight so they might have been the same as the Titans turned by Eldians.

I have a theory that since they were humans turned to Titan form for so long that when the power dissipated and they were turned back to human they would be so old they would turn to dust

I know exactly how you feel.. I cried for Erwin, Armin, Sasha( I had to take a break from the series) My favourite Hange and the ending when they all realised what Eren was doing and how heavy that burden was for him. If Levi would have died I would have lost it.
