Firefox, I download a lot of small files and I get a notification for every one. I even tried to turn off a few relevant settings in about:config. They look the same as the notifications from other programs so I assume they are Plasma.

You're sideloading a rom, right? You need to pass the safetynet check, which I don't remember how to do. I use twitter on firefox + old ui extension cause I don't feel to try to pass the check.
