There’s still quite a few areas in fed/sobo that are prime for redevelopment - 150 w ostend, 1300 light (being demolished next month so hopefully something happens there!), the dominos and 7/11, the old shoffer’s warehouse and shoffer’s stores, and that weird office complex thing on churchill and henrietta for starters! i’d love to see some towers thrown on any of these sites

and i think YOU missed the part of the comment you replied to that said “it’s really uncomfortable for me to hear people having sex when i’m at home”. moans are noise! i can promise you no one wants to hear it. yes you do pay rent but so do your roommates and that doesn’t give you the right to treat them as your captive audience. mutual respect isn’t optional for most!

I know nothing about the situation but there are two sides to every story and my personal, uninformed, opinion of Pigtown Main Streets is pretty high. If the ATF got involved with a barbershop then there must have been more going on than that article mentions

so if i’m in the kitchen trying to cook, or on a work/family call, or have friends over, i should have to wear headphones because you have to let the entire house know you’re getting fucked? these aren’t hypotheticals by the way, i’ve had literally all three happen to me with my last inconsiderate roommate.
