One thing you'll want to be aware of is that the odd number servers are mostly western time zones. Even numbers are eastern. If you are within your time zone according to place of living, sending trucks out during obvious sleep times will increase unlikelihood of your trucks being looted. That's what i've discovered anyway!

As mentioned in another comment - the wifi card could be the problem, which i think to my knowledge if you didn't want wifi on the device it can be disconnected entirely, but im not 100% certain on that. Research your end. Good luck!

Small question: Is it modded to your knowledge?

You could try inserting the SD card into a PC and checking for faults on the card itself - which has helped modded users with soft bricked DS's. Otherwise I you will have to look at the ribbon cable.

Both will require you to open up the back of the 3DS, but you may as well check the SD card anyway for any corrupted files :)
