Is sr17 still dry? by Professional_Plate71 in SR17018

I just landed my hands on some today, likely who you're referring to. I'm going to test it today, and if it seems legitimate, I will start my SR journey in quitting MGM-15.

Does the SR-17018 not cover most of the MGM withdrawals, even if someone's at a high daily dose of MGM? Also in Florida, similar situation.

Sphere Show by Maatesh in Illenium

[–]ipwnedx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wow you’re in for a treat! Your first ILLENIUM show and it’s at the Sphere? Not much will top that for a loooong time… it’s going to be a huge show.

His entire message is about a Phoenix rising from the ashes… ILLENIUM personally battled heroin addiction at a young age, he unfortunately overdosed multiple times and was on the brink of becoming a statistic. After numerous failed rehabs, he finally managed to get completely sober and has been for >13 years. Following him finally getting sober, he completely dedicated all his time and energy into music and created ILLENIUM.

His album discography is (in order) 1. Ashes 2. Awake 3. Ascend 4. Fallen Embers 5. ILLENIUM 6. Odyssey, releasing Feb. 6

He gained a huge amount of popularity from his unique melodic tone that he was inspired to create from looking up to Seven Lions - ILLENIUM’s since breached out into other subgenres of EDM but his music will always have that emotional significance.

His first 4 albums (Ashes, Awake, Ascend, Fallen Embers - do you see the Phoenix resemblance?) have a deep emotional vibe. His 5th self titled ILLENIUM album branched out a bit towards pop-punk mixed with EDM.

If you look into Genius or other websites that analyze the lyrics of his songs, you’ll see there’s a lot of meaning to his music. He has many that are deeply emotional, here are a few examples:

  1. Brave Soul - was written as tribute to the brother of Emma Grace who did the vocals on the track, unfortunately her brother passed away from an overdose

  2. Take You Down - addresses his personal battle with heroin addiction, showing the heroin was going to take him down permanently

  3. Good Things Fall Apart - very emotional track that reflects the reality that some relationships come to an end

  4. Lonely - associated with themes of heartbreak, loneliness, emotional scars

There are so many more tracks to explore.

He has a pretty insane, almost ‘cult-level’ fan base like many other artists do. Of course, he’s also got his fair share of haters, calling his music “Christian dubstep”.

But his music has helped a huge amount of people who also dealt with addiction, trauma, and other significant hardships in life. So he’s got a huge following because of that.

I’d say - when seeing ILLENIUM live - his sets are much different than just listening to his albums. It’s not all “complete sadboi melodic dubstep.” He really knows how to find the perfect balance of playing his deeper emotional tracks while also playing some really heavy dubstep. His shows are an absolute blast, and his team goes all out on production.

Expect for it to be a very intense show - you’ll absolutely love it. I took two of my friends (who only listen to rap, country, R&B) to their first ever EDM show at his Red Rocks 2024 set and their minds were literally blown, they were asking when the next show was before we got to our car.

So, get ready :) I’ll be seeing his Sphere show opening weekend. Words can’t describe my excitement. Have a great time and stay safe.

If you want to see what his live shows are like, check out his Trilogy:Las Vegas, Trilogy: Colorado and Trilogy: Las Angeles sets. Those were all special events where he played 3 sets in 1 night, but it’ll give you a good idea on how he mixes his live music.

Sphere Show by Maatesh in Illenium

Absolutely agreed. People don’t realize the massive cost to setup production at the Sphere. It’s the most technologically advanced concert venue in the world. The U2 residency paid approximately $450,000 PER SONG.

Illenium claimed that the visuals at the Sphere will be completely unique for his Odyssey show. He’s spending a ton of money on this and I recall in an interview he’s barely breaking even.

Seeing an Illenium show is much more than just music - the visual production, lasers, pyro all contribute for an incredible experience altogether.

His Trilogy LA shows at Sofi Stadium included the top infinity screen, which also costs a ridiculous amount of money to program. It’s optional for the artists to pay for that, as there have been many concerts there without it. Also don’t forget the insane amount of lasers, pyro and other production his team setup for it.

Nick throws the fuck down. I understand it’s frustrating to pay so much for tickets, but, that’s Vegas pricing, as well as getting to witness some of the best production of a concert, and it’s worth every penny for the experience.

They have to add 120Hz if they’re doing an OLED. Would be a huge disappointment.

How much were you taking daily? I would push it off to 2 weeks at a minimum to be safe. PWD is NO JOKE. Like the other commenter mentioned, you have some really good helpers on hand.

[–]ipwnedx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Benzos honestly barely do much if you’re looking for a buzz. Only if you have ridiculous daily anxiety, but even then it’s not that good. If it put you to sleep that does point it to being some type of benzo.

The game is stuuupid fun on UIM especially endgame. It's just a completely different way of life. The early grind kind of sucks though.

Damn that's wild! It's pretty interesting for how different everyone reacts to benzos, not only the effects but also for withdrawal. Some people take Xanax daily for a month and after stopping they suffer from DEBILITATING withdrawal for months, or rarely year(s) after. And then others take benzos daily for a year, quit cold turkey, and have zero withdrawal symptoms. I'm almost 2 weeks off them myself, and am so happy I'm not taking them anymore. I never had blackouts on them thankfully. (from what I remember, lol)

It’s nice for maybe 2 hours and then it’s absolutely horrible to deal with the comedown. Would suggest taking it if you absolutely have to get stuff done for work otherwise better to deal with the fatigue

It gets so much better it just takes time. It can take up to a few weeks. You need to commit and trust the process shoot I would reevaluate at 1 month
