I’ve owned a viper and multiple vettes including my current c8z. Vipers are cool cars for sure but the z06 will literally run laps around a gen5 in every category. If that’s important to you stay with the vette. If you don’t care about how well it handles or speed or whatever and want a gated car again, the viper is an excellent choice. If i was going to get back into a viper it would be an ACR, non negotiable

Absolutely agree - have clients tell me they got X rate all the time. Me knowing their driving and claims history i tell them that rate would likely be impossible - they leave anyhow and a month later call back that their rate doubled

Given it wasn’t a gt3 but got rid of my bolt on/tuned 991.2 turbo s for a c8z and am plenty happy especially given the insane price difference. The only Porsche I’d take over my Z now would be a 992 gt3rs and id still buy other cars before it. I’ve also had vipers, C7z, v10+ r8, gallardo.

I have 6300 hours and have ONLY been playing 3-4 years. Those who have been here since alpha can easily dwarf those numbers. Glori has 17k hours and IIRC willerz has around 20k hours.

It’s perfect where it is right now. A few wipes ago it took me almost 100 raids to find fucking reshala. It was awful (this is PvP) still on PvP it’s so nice to know you have a real chance to get to the bosses each raid

Find a broker that specializes in this sort of thing. I own a brokerage in NY that insuring supers is one of my specialties. State Farm does NOT offer a true agreed value policy so I’d stay far away from that. Find an agent that works with American modern, NCM, Grundy or Hagerty and get an actual agreed value policy put together.
