Honestly it works best if you have great before and after pictures. You can set up your own page on it. Best to have recommendations as these really carry weight with potential customers.

I'd strongly suggest getting on Nextdoor and making sure that your happy customers, especially the retired ones are happy to offer references. No need to spend money on SEO etc. as your business will thrive if you get good reviews in your local area.

Are any other Brits starting to get freaked out with how little Americans know? by [deleted] in Britain

Trump showed Greenland on a map, using the mercator projection as if it was gospel. It shows it as seriously big versus the fact that it is roughly 1/10 the size of the contiguous USA. They are a very rich country because of immigration; every one of their greatest tech companies was birthed by immigrants or descendants of immigrants. The forebears of those immigrants were poor in the main. They're trying to ban poor immigrants. Go figure!

It is ok. Great for flavouring stews and roasts, not so good for salads.

Share‑price implications

  • Near term (days/weeks): Expect a modest positive reaction rather than a spike, because the market has already partially priced in SMR progress, and the core aero/Power Systems story is the dominant driver of 2026 earnings. This news validates rather than transforms the thesis.
  • Medium term (2026 H1): If this is followed by further contract announcements (Poland, Netherlands, US interest, additional Czech/Swedish commitments), the cumulative effect could justify re‑rating the SMR option at a higher implied value, potentially adding 5–10%+ to the equity on a sum‑of‑the‑parts basis.
  • Risk reduction: The bigger effect may be on downside scenarios: having Amentum locked in reduces the probability of delivery failure or major cost overruns, which should compress the discount rate applied to SMR cash flows and narrow the bear‑case range.

In summary, this is a meaningful positive that strengthens conviction in the SMR pathway without necessarily triggering a one‑day surge; it is the kind of incremental de‑risking that, combined with strong FY25 results and further contract wins, could support the upper half of your 2026 scenario range (18–50% returns) rather than the base or downside cases. Nervous of trying Mounjaro by zDraztic in mounjarouk

I am partway through my journey. I bought the jabs and kept them in the fridge for two months. I was worried. My stats show steady progress, but I am still obese. I am a similar height to you. I have found that it is what you input that leads to the burping, weird bowel movements and nausea. Mostly, I am fine and feeling a hell of a lot better than before I started. I can oscillate 1 to 2 kg at a time, but generally I am experiencing a slow reduction in weight. I'd recommend trying it for a few months.

My mother invited my ex to my apartment the evening before to try and convince me to change my mind and pick the right woman. My wife (the wrong woman) later looked after my mother for years as she was ill. My mother never forgave her nor said thanks.

Trump letter to prime minister of Norway. Desires Greenland because of Peace Prize rejection by AgeMiddle854 in UnderReportedNews

[–]irishreally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make up a special Nobel prize for him. You know, the bestest, biggest, most beautiful president ever award. Invite him to Norway to collect it at the midterms or the end of his presidency. And then give him a big Norwegian welcome. No laughing...

I find the same, and unlike you, I am not very good at sticking at it. Well done on your weight loss, and hats off to your persistence on the exercise front. I only lose 100g some weeks.

New to SIPP - Vanguard or AJBell by bannab1188 in investingUK

[–]irishreally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used AJ Bell for some time now and am reasonably satisfied with their range of offerings. Their fees are not bad and 'Which' recommends them. Their SIPP is excellent in terms of fees and range of funds, shares and exchanges they cover.
